It can take up to 24 hours for final confirmation. After fees payment online, we review your order and confirm course availability, you will receive an email with in 24 hours.

We are happy to make any changes or cancellations in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • Course Fee is payable in full on the first day of the class.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours after the registration and fee payment, we will refund you 100 % of your fee.
  • No fee will be refunded once you start attending classes in the course/program you are registered in.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please note that this certificate confirms your participation in the training but does not represent an official software certification.

 

Our courses are designed to teach the software and help prepare students for the relevant certification exams. However, we do not administer or provide these certification exams.

 

Students who wish to obtain official certification must independently register for and pay for the exam through an authorized third-party testing provider.

All live online classes (instructor-led) are held from 10 am to 5 pm.

 

Monday to Friday  12 pm to 4 pm Saturday – Sunday

 

Our courses are 1 to 5 days long, all classes are scheduled between Monday and Friday, and weekend Saturday & Sunday.  

The onsite class starts with a minimum of 5 students’ enrolment so as to keep the minimum onsite price for each course which may be cost prohibitive for individuals. 

  • We offer both instructor-led online and self paced e-Learning classes.
  • Our eLearning classes are self paced and are available for 6 months after you are enrolled.
  • Our instructor-led online classes are taught by a real, live instructor, remotely.
